So delicious!My sons and I together made it. My youngest son put few halibut chunk in a mix bowl at a time. My oldest son dunk the chunks several times in the mix bowl and shake off any excess before give them to me. Then I drop few chunks into hot oil in the pot and rotate it so it cook evenly. After the chunks are cool off, we gobbled down a whole 2 pounds of beer battered halibut chunks and left nothing for the next day.
Next time, I should try it with a local brew... perhaps with Alaskan Amber.
