Festival and Playground

A3 went to the Ocean Awareness Festival. We checked out the local artworks, kayak demo, saw some local musicians playing their songs and of course the food booths.

The next day, A3 went to the playground at Polaris K-12 school. It's about 15 minutes walk from our home. By the way, he likes the slide the best of all.
He likes to explore every corners around the playground. On this picture, Aiken quickly jumped off that blue deck by himself. Watching him jump off got us scared for a moment.
The mulches are actually made by the recycled tires. Under the mulches, there are pads made by the recycled tires too. Oh yea not a splinter from this playground!

That is a heck of a jump Aiken did. It would have made my heart skip a beat. I like the concept of using recycled products for the playground. Very cool.

A splinter-free playground! Now there's an awesome concept. I had to get splinters out of Jake's hands the other day, sigh.
